I have reached my goal. At least for now.
Well using the HLIMS dataset, based on studies 1% should start around the 7.75” BPEL x 6” EG, and for flaccid around 5” in length. Based on the new meta-study, the numbers would be slightly less than that as well.
Personally though, I’d have to think the 1% probably starts at the infamous 8”x6” and also assumes a NBPEL of at least 7.5”, otherwise BPEL would need to be longer to ‘look’ like you fit into the same 1%.
