The Quest For Length

Well, I have been in the PE game for 3 months as of yesterday. My starting stats were 4.25” FL, 6.5” NBPEL (I have almost no fat pad) and 4.8” EG. I started off with the newbie routine and have been slowly increasing the amount of jelqs and stretches. For stretches, I now do 3 sets of 30 seconds in all directions. And for jelqing I’m up to 320 strokes. (2-4 seconds each) My routine is a 3 day on 1 day off cycle, in which I am very consistent, give or take a couple of days. Ohh yea.I also use a rice sock for 10-15 minutes before and after each workout.

As I stated earlier, yesterday was the 3 month mark. And I could not wait to get out the ruler and tape measure to see my progress. But, to my dismay there was little. My Flaccid length was now 4.5” and my EG was now 5.2” , but my EL was the same. Now, I understand that gains are going to come slow, and I’m in this for the long haul. But to be completely honest, not seeing any EL increase after 3 months of consistent PE was a little depressing. On the other hand, I am very happy to see that my girth has increased, and believe that it is due to my ever increasing jelq technique. During my jelq sessions my penis looks AMAZING, it’s big, plump, and glistens in the light. (I use Vaseline) Sometime I actually get lost in it’s beauty.

Now that I’ve given you a little background, lets get to the title. The Quest for length! I want to make my penis longer, plain and simple. Well.actually that’s the problem, it’s not that simple. My erect length just doesn’t want to grow. When I stretch I start slow and gradually increase the tension, until I feel a real good stretch. But, like I said it just doesn’t want to grow. Too even see a 1/8 or 1/16 of an inch growth would be a godsend at this point.

I guess what I’m looking for is a little advice. I’ve been lurking around here for quite some time now, and I’m starting to think that hanging might be the way to go. Although, I am a little cautious as I don’t want to injure or discolour my penis. But, from what I read it seems to give people good length gains if done correctly. I’m really just not sure if I should jump into hanging yet. Should I do manual stretches for a while longer and wait to see if they produce results? Well, any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I’m quite shocked you have gained no length from stretching.

My initial impression would be if you have gained nothing from jelqing also, maybe you are jelqing at too high an erection level.

My advice would be to continue your routine, but ensure you jelq at under 70% erectness. In addition, add some more intensity and duration to your stretching i.e. 45 seconds at a higher force level.

Ei king-ding,
in the beginning of June i measured to see the improvement at the 3 month mark, and, like you, 0 gains.
I continued and added new exercises and bought a pump.
So i’ve measured now and what’s cool is that my EL is between 5.5 and 5.9 inches (0.4 increase at least) and my EG is between 4.7 and 4.9 (0.1 increase at least).
That to say to not get discouraged.
And you don’t do enough stretching in my opinion.
For example i do 4 sets of 1m in L,R,D,S and U directions and 1m set of BTC and 1m set of V stretch, and it’s time to increase again.
So increase the number of strecthing sets of 1 (1 per direction) per week.

I think that you probably need to hold your stretches for longer. Probably you could increase your force also.

Yes try holding stretches for longer. 1.5-2 mins and make sure your dick is stretched well during the hold. After each session you SHOULD feel your unit worked out but of course be careful and do not cause an injury by applying too much force.

Aside increasing the time and intensity of the stretches gradually, you might want to throw in some other stretches like inverted v, v, a stretches, btc or something a bit more advance, but remember not to overdo it.

On a side note awesome girth gains, in 3 months you have gained more girth than what I have gained in my whole PE career. Keep up the good work and good luck.
