Upon its unveiling I spent a solid thirty days devoted to the AM 1.0, Pyramid Rush and Burst Expansion. From there I have been a spectator.

and why don’t you practice it anymore? don’t you practice any type of PE anymore?

My gut told me the AM would not yield the growth I am looking for.

a ok and now with the new promises that janus has made in this video do you think to start with this new method?

I’m at week two of Phallogenesis.

I’ve been exclusively doing the Angion method for a good few months now. At first haphazardly, but for the last five weeks I’ve been doing it regularly. I have the heart beat in penis, developed veins, well developed arteries and blood flow, strong erections, etc.

I spoke on my experiences with the method on the original thread (Growing Your Own Blood Vessels) and said I couldn’t be sure whether there are gains and/or maximal erection - definitely my member felt fuller, ‘maxed out’ erectile quality.

My crude indirect measurement technique is to grip my erect penis with both hands and eyeball what’s sticking out. Within one week of Phallogenesis there’s definite girth growth and although I’m being circumspect I see the length increase. It was actually quite comical and a little scary.

Veinage has gone up a degree, but still not at Janus’ upper claims.

Outcomes:

- 1-3 mm length **
- 1-3 mm girth **
- Fuller flaccid hang
- Fuller, heavier, more ‘substantial’ erections.
- Nocturnal erections ("night wood") gone up another degree.

** I wonder whether it could be yet another increase in erectile quality, but I already have great erections from other Angion exercises.

So continuity of results with earlier Angion feedback, but improved another increment.

I don’t count macro’s and nutrients and all that but I am eating a lot of mostly vegetarian (flexitarian I think is the coined term) foods….and chocolate and ice cream!

People are welcome to be skeptical as I can’t be completely sure of the length/girth gains I have no interest (at least right now) in reliable, replicable, semi-objective measuring.

So for about the 10th time Janus re-packages his theories into a new program which “will make everything else obsolete” and “is almost too powerfull”

Remember when he launched version 1 and that was all you would need !

janus in this video explains what was missing and also what is the problem of the other pe I don’t remember if always on this video or on reddit, however, he explains it in detail … as soon as I arrive janus I have gained 1 / 1.5cm of length and visually also the circumference has increased in 3 months … then I had stopped due to problems of time etc … now I want to start again with the new method in a week in a serious manner therefore with the right nutrition and training..you are also taking care to feed and work out?

Also specific that in this case as in my whole life I tend to take what works without taking positions of preference and if someone would prove the contrary in an irrefutable way I would not make any resistance to change. However he says that power is in terms of what eat that calorie is essential and training helps a lot too

Welp….I mean I can’t say anything against that, even I’m thinking “h-how much videos we need?” I just don’t have the schooling and haven’t studied enough to hang with the somewhat technical conversation(s) in the original thread, but you gotta acknowledge some people made size increases? (I tentatively place myself in that category…now….months later.) Having said that, the anatomy science is actually quite interesting from the little I read on this site and a few others.

C’mon now Mr. Capernicus1, you’re really telling me you’re not going to try a gentle grip and squeeze round the base of the penis for a few minutes every so often? (Provided you have adequate blood flow to make it theoretically workable.)

I tried 2 of his previous versions for 3 months each including the diet, gained absolutely nothing.

well you count that as all the growth is variable and like all situations it depends on a previous state as to say that one who weighs 300kg after 6 months of training does not see the abdominals … you could simply not have a vascular network developed enough start the gains or have not performed the exercise well or have overloaded or many other things …. the fact that regardless of the various results of all it is necessary to take the thing for what it is and in the last video to well explained the concept and what was lacking in knowledge … the fact that new videos come out is because it continued with continuous investigations and tests everything is evolving as we could say that people have been training for thousands of years but every day we change method … I I am a graduate student in medicine and the concepts return theoretically and for my account also concretely ….
