The Perfect Temperature

Basically there has to be a perfect internal temperature for the penis to expand the most and make the most of the stretching that occurs during exercise. It’s been talked about before, but there seems to be a lot of variation in opinions. Based on the science I’m going to say between 106F and 110F is ideal. Greater than 106F produces the most benefit and 111F is the common pain threshhold. The internal temperature will always be slightly lower because of circulation, so we want our surface temperature to approach 110F. I’m getting a thermometer to use in my cylinder and a temperature gun (laser) to check the surface and see if I can’t calibrate my heating methods…

HOWEVER

“Human skin burns to varying degrees of severity as the applied temperature rises. Humans begin to feel a burning pain when skin temperature rises to 111 degrees Fahrenheit, with first-degree burns developing at 118 F”

Interesting but seems like much work to do what we are trying to do. Good luck with your work.

I find the right temperature is easy to gauge. It’s when my balls hang their lowest. If they are hanging, I’m not warm enough.

Titleist- Not all of us find it practical to space heat and drench our seats with sweat haha

My balls don’t usually get heated.

Heating the penis, in my eyes, is very complex. Been using spacer heater for a while and notice a big increase in temperature only in my groin. I never felt a big increase in my penis tho (higher blood circulation taking the heat away maybe?).

At clamping exercises, looks that will work perfectly, because the outflow is blocked (heat won’t be diluted while traveling around the body).

Heat can only be felt when it’s changing, and a lot of PE work has a de-sensitizing effect. I often forget that my unit is hot when it’s right near the burning point… if I put my lamp too close it heats up a tiny bit and I feel it. It helps to use a laser thermometer right on the hottest part of your dick, just to see what you’re working with.

I don’t think it has to be that complicated. As close to burning as possible is best, but without going overboard. The main thing is knowing about what the minimum feels like. If you practice warming up until your laser thermometer is pinging no less than 105 or so, you are in the sweet spot. You can get a feel for it, or have a certain position your lamp is always in, or whatever.
