The Next Level...
I’m not exactly a newbie, but this is a newbie question.
I’ve been PEing off and on for almost ten years now and have made significant gains. I started at about 6.25” BPEL and am now at 7.5”. Girth was around 5.25” and now I’m at 6” at the head and around 5.6” at the shaft. Gains have come from jelqing straight down, manual stretches, and doing between the cheeks stretches while going to sleep. Pretty much the newbie routine for the most part.
After another recent period of serious effort (three months), I’m not seeing much return on my time. I’m wondering if its time to step it up. I’m not sure which way to go. I’ve read countless threads, but still could use some recommendations. The reason I’ve stayed with my current routine is that it can be done discretely without being obvious to the wife. I have kids as well, so i can’t sit around the house with weights hangning off my unit all day long either. Now, I do what I need to in the shower or in bed, or while driving on long trips.
Any insights or sugestions? Thanks in advance.
