Hi I am new and I am seeing alot of posts about a newbie routine but I couldn’t find the post. Would someone be so kind as to link me to it please? I have already jelqed today about 30 min total should I stop for the day?

What about people talking about the shower instead of a wrap. Does this mean that they simply do the exercises while they are taking a shower? Can I do this instead of a wrap? The newbie routine didn’t say anything about showers so I’d appreciate any feedback.

Yes, a shower can be substituted for a warm up/warm down. Lots of people PE while in the shower or bath.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH
