The newbie routine

I plan on starting this routine this week. Is it a good routine ? What did you guys gain from this routine ?

I gained about 1/4” in BPEL and 1/4” in EG and also gained lots of discoloration, weaker erections and less voluminous cum blasts. Thus I don’t do manual exercises anymore — but I would never say don’t do it. Like I said I got results but also results I didn’t want. Just take it slow and be prepared for side effects.

About 3/4 of an inch in approximately 3 months. I am currently 7.25 to 7.375 BPEL and 5.25 EG, I haven’t measured for awhile. I have been on the newbie routine for 6 months and don’t see myself getting off it soon. I feel that the newbie routine is great cause it is not that strenuous on the penis and gives it a chance to rest and the key word here is ‘rest’. I also am a clamper. Stick to the newbie routine for about 3 months then try some advanced exercises like clamping, hanging or pumping. I really thinking of taking a break for about a month and starting again since I saw fast gains early on in the first 4 months. The 1st month I was pretty much feeling out the situation. Do what I am doing, customizing my dick and taking my time. Also, don’t forget about piss pull, and fowfers.

It is the ideal routine to condition your penis and get newbie gains with.

I’m just curious as to what other members have gotten from this routine.

I’ve gone from 5.5 length to over 8 inches solely with the Newbie Routine. Yet to move to an ‘advanced’ (aka wank) routine, as it is all I’ve ever needed.

Hey Beasty, what are your stats, and how long did it take you?

I can’t remember accurately when I started but I think it was around 6 months to a year before my joining of Thunders date. Last time I measured (which was time ago) I was around 8.2 inches length, and over 6.3-4 inches girth. I can’t remember my exact stats before I began PE, but I always remember being under 5.5 length. I’ve always had a fat one, not sure of the girth statistics as I never knew how to measure that until some months after starting PE.

Listen to your body. If it feels healthy, like it working keep on truckin. If something feels wrong, ask us or change how you see fit! It’s all about adaptation.
