The Newbie Routine - Hot wrap

Going to start with the newbie routine. Instead of doing the hot wrap can you just do the exercise in the shower?

You might have to explain to other occupants in the house why you spend so much time in the bathroom, lol.

Didn’t think about that :p so is that a yes or a no ?

I guess it doesn’t really matter where the heat is coming from.
