An extender/ADS should not cause any toughening. Using excessive force (rather than low force for long times) is what causes toughening.

Doesn’t have to be your wrist; choosing fulcrums of differing diameters can be fun. The V stretch is just the inverse of the A stretch.

You know, I have never paid any attention to what is down there and it is a valuable source of easy to find links to often referred to items.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

So once again, just so im clear V and A stretches are targetted at the Tunica, not the ligs?

That’s the idea. They will obviously pull on the ligaments as well but an upward exit angle for the stretches will put less tension on the upper side of the penis.

I see, thank you. So then normal stretches more or less are the ones targetting the ligs, beaides the one going straight up. Are fulcrim stretches normally tunica targetting or obviously that depends on where the fulcrim is

Hello everyone,

Happy to have found this site, have dabbled in PE off and on and have recently been using a bath mate and looking at getting a pump.
