I sometimes wonder if we should call it the “Abbreviations” instead of the “Glossary” as that’s what many guys here call it now. Or even Abbreviations/Glossary.

Thanks everyone. I found it easily when viewing the site on my laptop. When I was initially looking I was on my phone, and the side menu with all the links to everywhere doesn’t show up. Hence my confusion.

I found all those links you mentioned, but from an I-phone all I saw was the “Home” section of that area. Try it and see.

Hey guys I do PE for 2 weeks now and I want to ask if it is ok to warm up and down with dryer for hair. I found it easy and it produce a great amount of temperature ,I use it with my boxer on because I don’t want the warmth to be applied instantly on my dick but my ballsacks warm too and I read that maybe ill have problems with my sperm? How real is that ?and it is bad to use dryer? Sorry for bad English

Protect your balls with a towel or such. I think the hairdrier is the best device for warm up too.

Thanks if I’m right it doesn’t matter if my balls are kinda hot after warm up as soon as I don’t apply warmth straight at skin?

What are the standard stretches everyone talks about and where ar they explained?

For Ex, i always see people reference an “A” stretch, and the like. I cant find anywhere that explains these tho? Am i blind? Any direction will be appreciated!

Has anyone heard that using an extender/ADS can limit the potential gains they see with other PE methods. Ie, Manual Stretching?

Something with hardening the tunica? But I thought extenders focus on the ligament?

Trying to find agreement on the best manual PE routine is next to IMPOSSIBLE.

I started with an extender, and ive asked that same question.

From what ive heard on hardening, as long as you give yourself a real decon (deconditioning break) after using an extender (or if you hardened yourself other ways) if you think youve “hardened” then you can get rid of the hardening and move forward with PE/more gains.

Im not an expert, still learning alot so dont take my word for it, obviously do your own research still, vist the extending forum, send messages on things your not sure about then obviously you gotta decide for yourself. Trust me man i was just as confused as you starting, but though research and trying it myself and whatever i feel like i got a much better grasp on PE now. Heres a thread you might find informative on an extender, goinfor9 and the conversations people have with him is pretty informative, at least for his method of how hes been using his extender. Maybe itll give you a better feel for it.

Is SizeGenetics a scam?

Not using my extender right now, trying a few other methods first before i use it again.
