The knife and the penis.

Even though something similar has been posted before, I think the subject needs a little attention. Especially now - when I am involved.. :-ø

The story:
November 2006: My frenulum tore. Not just a little bit, but the scaring way with lots of blood. It kind of let go off the upper part of the glance. Pretty scared. Iced it, rested for a small week. Really wanting sex, so might just have been a little to anxious - had sex to early. Did not tore again, but was like a wound that wouldn’t heal. This continued until the end of December.

Had a 2 month pause from sex. Thought that my frenulum was healed, now attached a little lower on the shaft. I did feel that it wasn’t as strong as before.

February 2007: Sex with a new girl. This time with a condom. Frenulum tears despite of the condom. Very scary to see blood in the condom.

March 2007: Sex with the original girl that caused first tear of frenulum. Using condom. It tears again.. And standing there, I act like an idiot: I see blood in the condom, feel pain, but it is a really good position and feel really nice (not the pain). So keep on having sex for a while, trying to avoid painful positions..

April: Thinking, this is turning in to a serious problem. Go visit my GP. He sends me to a urologist. Urologist says: Yes boy, you are a little tight there. Maybe we should make a small releasing cut. So am now going to the hospital in one month.
Apparently this operation is suppose to solve the problem, making a small cut in the frenulum, so it heals in a new and better form, but now attaching a little lower (keeping my foreskin, which I really like).

So everyone: Any pros or cons against getting a small operation to solve an annoying problem? Anyone have any experiences with operations like this?

(My doctor really tried to cheer me up, when I said that knife and penises are a bad mix, so he said: I don’t have any problems getting a knife close to a penis - except when it is my own)

You might as well get circumcised because the injury keeps re-peating.

Maybe the procedure will take however, go for the least evasive, least expensive procedure.

Kingpole, is that from experience you are saying that? Because the urologist claimed that it is usually very successful. And when I look into ticktickticker’s story, he didn’t get the operation, and here the tearing came back. So I am interested in hearing if anyone had the operation and if anyone had tears, but got cured someway.

No it is from being a nurse.

That procedure is successful, you see I did not read the thread completely through the first time when I wrote the first sentence. But when I went back through again I saw that you had a very viable alternative.

I’m cut by the way so I don’t relate well to the issues of circumcised men sorry about that read the thread Thunder SS suggested

Thank you for the quick reply.

I read ticktickticker’s story in the thread ThunderSS suggested, but ticktickticker turned out not to get the operation. So I am still curious if anyone had the operations. And kingpole, if you are a nurse, any advices before and after operation - especially PE related.

Just keep up a good diet of protein, don’t take blood thinners a week before surgery to week after.( aspirin, ginko, gensing, vitamin E,Tell your doctor if you are take any blood pressure meds or any other meds or supplements before surgery.
Be sure to thoroughly discuss the consent for surgery form and that you understand all the possible complication that may be involved before you go ahead with the surgery.

Take pain medications when the first onset of pain begins this way you catch it before it gets bad and have to end up taking more.
Take zinc before and after surgery to speeds up healing time. Follow doctors orders he may not want you to take certain substances even zinc.

Some years ago, one of my colleagues at work had the same problem, and he was also un-cut. As his manager, I was privy to his problem when he was explaining why he needed time off from work.

Originally, he too, decided to not have the operation. The problem persisted again and again, even after several periods of healing after each episode. He finally became fed up with it and came to me and said he had decided to have the operation after all and needed time off.

At 36, he had the operation on a Friday morning, opting for circumcision at the same time, and was back at work the next Wednesday. He said he was a bit uncomfortable at first, but the medication helped and it really was not a big deal. We have been friends for many years and today I called him and asked him if he ever had any problems after the operation. He said he didn’t and was thankful that he had had it done. I forgot to ask him if he was still happy that he had been circumcised at the same time.

He said to tell you to follow your doctors advice and have it done.

I hope this helps.

And before you know you will be hanging low and juicy like the rest of us.

Thanks for the super advices.

I will report back continuously as things progress. Right now I just have to decide where to get it done.

And of course - if anyone else have any experience or advices, it would be great.

I had a frenularplasty done about 12years ago as my foreskin would not come back over the glans due to my glans being quite big, didn’t want to be circumcised so frenulum was cut and re stitched. The operation took ten minutes and about three weeks to heal. After the op it still wouldn’t come right back so I bought my first vacuum tube and also did lots of manual stretching (getting hard and pulling foreskin towards the body down the shaft) Persistence paid off and I can now fully pull back so it looks like I’m circumcised and at the same time all the pulling and pumping etc has given me a bigger cock as well.

I just updated that thread if you would like to check.

I already feel like I know you, man. I don’t remember that he called the operation frenuloplasty, but rather something “pro frenulum breve”. It’s not really frenulum breve, but he said that the operation would help. I will look up frenuloplasty..

Thanks.

“but it is a really good position and feel really nice (not the pain). So keep on having sex for a while, trying to avoid painful positions..”

Isn’t it amazing the things we guys will put up with just to complete the deed? Some years ago I was having frenzied sex in the shower with an athlete 20 years my junior. She was very inexperienced, but enthusiastic, so much so she wanked me so hard the frenulim tore, sending blood everywhere. But did I stop? No, I needed to shoot my load and urged her to wank away until I let loose a massive load. I had to go to hospital next day to get the damaged and very painful meat checked out. Thankfully the tear wasn’t that bad and healed completely in a week, and it’s never given any bother since.
