I guess it relates to the purpose of PE - having excellent sex. And when you are having that, you don’t just give it up. But I guess I/we are pretty stupid short sighted animals.

I didn’t wait. But I was living in another country, and visited a urologist there. He just gave me some antibiotics to put on. And I expected that it would heal. But then it tore again. And I went to my GP in my home country. Was just leaving out the details to make the story more clear.
