The Kegel Question
I suffer from premature ejaculation and I’m sure it’s due to kegel exercises. But when I did them I did loads! Hundreds a day and they have trained my BC muscle to involuntarily contract and I just can’t control it.
I’ve read alot of posts on whether kegels cause or cure premature ejaculation and have a theory.
I feel that I’m in this situation because I abused my BC muscle and what I was wondering was, if I’d of started off slow with about 50 a day and increased it like every 2 weeks, would this have strengthened my BC muscle better and not caused the involuntary contractions I have now?
Could everyone post whether kegels helped or worsened their PE and then post how many kegels you did a day. We can then see if my theory is right
