Hi I just wondered if anyone had tried the kegel pad, because I was thinking about getting one, but hoped maybe some one had some good input about this device, or is it just another gimmick,any input would be greatly appreciated thanks.
Don’t waste your money. Resistance is not necessary to improve the BC (not PC) muscle and their design only puts pressure on your perineum. There’s no way it would provide resistance to the BC, PC or any other muscle.
