.Does this exercise even work.. Please reply.. For some reason I think this exercise is weird and will not work..

(How to do the internal stretch)

1. Sit down and spread your legs apart.

2. Hand 1: Place an OK-grip around your penis and your scrotum. This grip should be at the base, with your penis and testicles hanging out of the grip. Don’t grip the actual testicles.

3. Hand 1: Stretch your penis and testicles straight up, towards your head.

4. Hand 2: Simultaneously grip your penis an inch below the glans and also pull straight up.

5. Hold both hands in place for twenty to thirty seconds.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I have the same thought as you, and this exercise sounds familiar to me, perhaps I’ve seen it before, is it an exercise from The PE “gu-ru” - Dld? If I remember correctly.

(The “guru” part was a joke though ;) )

This exercise is not that effective .. But I made up my own exercise with the help of this one (not really just modified this one a bit )instead of holding below the scrotum leaving my testicles out and using my other hand to stretch the from the top..

I first hold and my base with some intensity and trying to push the base back in (like a reverse jelq) then I use my second hand to rip below glans and stretch out ward .. Therefore I’m actually trying to stretch my penis in opposite direction’s hence I call it the external stretch .
