The Importance of Psychology

The Importance of Psychology

I would like to share some of my opinions regarding psychology and Penis Enlargement, mainly because of the insight I’ve had due to the effect my depression had on my PE progress.
I understand that this might be a very individual/personal matter, but I’d be happy if anyone got something good out of this.

To start things off, I’ve been developing depression for the past 2 years. I now see that in that period, my depression had a huge impact on how I would do PE. Meaning, the worse the mood was, the worse the exercise was. As my whole psyche had it’s ups and downs, it seems that it would apply to my PE progress as well. This didn’t become too apparent until I started to grab my depression by the horns and deal with it once and for all.
I’m starting to be less and less depressed and I am coming back to my senses, But what is more interesting is that that psychological boost had a HUGE impact on PE. Every exercise was performed much better and my penis felt much better after it, compared to how it was when I was still depressed. My flaccid hangs fuller all day. Erections have started to be much better and it seems even bigger. My clamping sessions produce an even bigger expansion as well. I can maintain my erections for a longer period of time and I can last longer in sex as well.

In a nutshell, absolutely every aspect regarding my penis (and PE) has become infinitely better after I started to dig my way out of depression. I also have started to become much more mentally involved in every aspect of my PE exercises. Because of all that, I strongly believe that a positive attitude, along with knowing you’ll make gains, plays a big role in PE. I say ”knowing you’ll make gains” because you have to be fully convinced that you’ll make gains, otherwise it most probably won’t happen. The point that I’m trying to make it that what is going on in your mind has a much bigger effect on your body than you’d expect.

I believe that, in order to make gains, one must do PE both physically and mentally.

P.S. In my opinion, a well balanced diet and regular exercise also play a big role.

Glad things are going better for you. You are right on the money.

I agree. Depression can be debilitating. When I was at my lowest, I don’t think I even thought about PE, because I figured that if it was excruciating to get out of bed and shower and eat, PE would be just another stone around my neck.

I’m glad you’re doing better. Keep it up!

I can absolutely empathise with this post. My whole PE ‘career’ has been mirred by periods of depression, often exacerbated by the PE itself. When I’m generally feeling better about myself my flaccid hang is lower and my PE sessions feel right. When I’m down my dick just doesn’t seem to respond. Kinda strange how your mental state can somehow alter the actual tissue of your penis, or at least that’s how it seems. Maybe because when you’re depressed this can have an effect on how tense your pelvic floor is, and long term depression can also alter blood flow to the penis.

Goal 7 NBP X 5.5 MEG - the perfect penis size in my opinion.
