The immortal kegel subject

Actually when I say butterfly kegel I mean I contract the muscles outwards, then inwards, out and and in like wings flapping.I also make the right side go up and down etc.

Basically the kegel muscles have a 360 span of movement, and all can work independent, you can even cycle them like a clock.

I don’t know if there is any added benefit though,it just helps me keep me on it instead of getting bored and forgetting

Define or distinguish the difference between contracting “outwards” and then “inwards”. Your explanation doesn’t explain anything really; are you using your BC muscle throughout or your PC muscle as well?

If somebody is interested, I have found two e-videos how does the kegel exercise look. Instead I would be appreciate for some drawings and pictures ;)

BTW: I was doing some thinking (again) and I start to believe that ICs are the muscles that are for erection, because BC rather keeps in touch with urinary ducts on the lower part of penis. ICs compress the corpus spongiosum which gets harder when You are aroused. So delaying ejaculation should be connected with BC and better erection with IC. What do You think guys?

Well I have noticed it’s harder to ejaculate since doing these exercises so I guess I’m working the BC,I will have to better target the others.truth I just expand and contract the muscles that I can find there,in every direction, everywhere hoping they better define themselves as I go along, and they do

Is your first language English. What you are saying makes little sense. By “expand” do you mean relaxing te muscle?

Hmm ok well here this maybe easier to get the point across

By expand I mean <-o-> pull the muscles that way,and by contract I mean ->o<- the muscles that way

When I expand the muscles there I feel sensation run down my legs to my big toes.

Well I don’t know how to explain it better then that sorry.

You know that a muscle can only contract, right? It can’t voluntarily “expand”.

Yeah I am not sure what muscles I’m contracting but it stretches the muscles outwards,Maybe I am contracting inner thigh muscles or something there that pulls the muscles outwards, but it distinctly feels like my kegel muscles are being stretched outwards.well anyhow that’s it

That’s sounds to me very much like a reverse kegel.

Whats the benefits of a reverse kegel?

It is said that it helps with stronger ejaculation but so does the regular kegel ;-)

ONE THING: You guys know biceps, triceps and chest plate muscles. Have You ever heard that any of this muscles can work in opposite way? Like triceps flexing elbow or pectoralis major tensing Your back? Impossible.
That’s why I want to point here that neither BC, IC, nor PC muscle aren’t those for reverse kegel.
To be honest it’s 90% sure that You achieve reverse Kegel by using muscles of Your bladder and increasing the pressure into Your pelvis in downward direction. That’s why the anus opens a little when You do them and You may unleash gas ;)

Not that I’m trying to hi-jack the thread, but I will anyway. If reverse kegels are just as Matt356 says bladder muscles increasing pressure into the pelvis, does that necessarily mean there’s no benefits to reverse kegels. Reverse kegels are the using the same muscles as when you push and have a bowel movement, correct? And I hate to appear any more gay than I already do, but I’ve had occasions when pushing out during a bowel movement I’ve experienced the beginning of an erection. Not like a sundial at high noon but I’ve had tumescence, a semi if you will.

And in the interest of googling to make sure I wasn’t completely weird, I’ve seen a couple of sites confirming that someone else has had that effect. So taking that phenomenon into account, doesn’t it stand to reason that reverse kegels have some benefits of their own?

Also, in Margot Anand’s book on tantric yoga, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy, she recommends a kegel routine consisting of inhaling while you tighten up for the kegel, holding the kegel for six seconds, then exhaling letting go of the kegel hold and gently bearing down like you’re trying to have a bowel movement.

Hmm it’s strange because I feel a outward stretching and it sends sensation down the inside of my thighs slightly like if there were two muscles that pull the kegel muscles open.no idea what they are,it feels good though

I love illustrating (in illustrator) and was wanting to illustrate this anyway. Ideally I’d rather focus on illustrating those IC and BC muscles you’re talking about along with how it’s contractions look. Could be time consuming to get right but worth it down the road.

Edit: That means I’m in… but not for another month (busy month this month)

Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.
