The frequency of big dicks does seem really high to me

It’s been done here before that 1 in 6 guys have an erect length of 6.7”. That was from the lifestyles survey. I believe the lifestyle survey was more so NBPEL. Some guys think it is BPEL, I don’t. Before a 6.7” NBPEL seemed really large to me, but if 1 in 6 guys possess that then the number of big dicks out there is a lot more then i thought.

Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

It’s a survey. It’s susceptible to misrepresentation.

Start: NBPEL 5.1 EG 5 (january 2009)

Current: NBPEL 5.75 EG 5.5

Goal: NBPEL 8.5 EG 6.5

They’re out there, but don’t worry about that or get caught up in thinking about it. Just worry about you and what you need to do PE wise to achieve the size you want.

My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

I’m quite sure if you ask the gay population, they would tell you the 6.7” would have to be BP. And statistically the gay population do have larger dicks, but smaller fat pads.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Here is the same data on a chart, as done by somebody at wikipedia:

lifestyle_length02.jpg

As to measurement methodology:

http://cornellsun.com/node/24582
“measurements were taken by nurses from the point where the penis meets the body (at the pubic bone).”

http://www.mraverage.com/results.htm
“Measuring of length was from the point at the base of the erect penis where the top of the penile shaft meets the pubic area to the tip of the glans (“head”).”

Also, something that I don’t understand is that most people say most guys are around the same length (there isn’t much difference in the average population). Yet, from the same data 1 in 6 guys have an erect length of about 5”. So the high and low from a random sample of 6 guys will be ABOUT 6.7” and 5”. That’s 1.7” difference in a such a small data set. That seems like a big difference to me. Am I missing something?

I took it from Priop’s statistical frequency in population thread.

Sorry, I’m a terrible internet poster. I don’t know how to link a thread. Oye!

Sounds to me like a soft BPEL, so kinda between BPEL and NBPEL. Interesting survey, very few people over 7 and very few under 5.

Here you go:

The (statistical) Truth About Cock Size

I don’t get how he gets those numbers - like I say I am math challenged.

But it doesn’t make sense to me that 8/100 converts to 1/6

I guess we could ask Pri to clarify, but happily for him he reached his goal and retired! :jumpblue:

Hardbody - yeah it sounds to me like the way they tell you to measure on http://www.thevisualiser.net/

Measure your erect penis with a ruler pressed lightly onto your pubic bone.
You`ll find a ruler is easier than a tape measure. Don’t kid yourself! It really is more fun if you don’t exaggerate!

He’s getting the figures using the data from lifestyles itself. From the mean and standard deviations he calculated a rough estimate of what the frequency should be instead of relying on “guesstimates” like mraverage data which is obviously a little fuzzy. I mean a difference of 1.7” among 6 random dudes is huge. That’s like the difference in me and a 9” BPEL cock. Crazy.

He used the statistics of a survey and put it in a graph.

That hardly the way to do it.

For what it is worth, Mr Average is using length data from he got from lifestyles/ansel too so the data he’s working with is the same. (I PM’ed him a while back). He’s what he has on avg and median

Quote
The average is 5.88”, however the nature of distribution means the average is not the same as most common. This is because the few very long ones, bias things. So the median is 5.65”. That’s the point where 50% will be larger and 50% smaller. It’s the typical size.

Again I am about as dumb as a stump about statistics and math. I can barely add!

Actually, assuming a normal bell distribution among penis size, using the mean and standard deviations given by Lifestyles gives a pretty good indication of the frequency.
That being said I read somewhere that the curve is skewed towards smaller then larger penises but I think his calculations will be close.
