The effects of drinking water

I’ve noticed that by consuming large amounts of water throughout the day, two things happen:

1) I’ve got to piss every 20 minutes ;)

2) I notice my flaccid size is generally longer and thicker, and my dick ‘hangs’ rather than ‘leans’.

I’m not sure if drinking water isn’t a common practice amone eager PE’ers, but my spidy-sense tells me that it can probably help on the path to long dick-liness. Plus, consuming water is supposed to be good for you!

Just something I tripped over that seems totally obvious in hindsight. If anyone tries it for a period, I’d love to hear your feedback.

Having to urinate is supposed to make your flaccid a little larger.

Getting plenty of water is essential for general health. I wouldn’t be surprised if it helped gains.

I have read posts on other forums ( about drinking water and PE. The guy gained almost an inch or something in a month!!! He drank tons and tons of water. Go check out the thread at PEforum. This could be quite the breakthrough in PE. Im going to start to drink crap loads of water tonight and PE like mad and see if there is any difference. A little experiment I guess.

Now: 8.5" bpel 6" eg Goal: 9.5" nbpel 6" eg (maybe more)

I’ve already started drinking water by the bucket full. The urinating is a little annoying, but if it helps any, it’ll be well worth it. I’m with Popp, I think I’ll start doing this regularily with my PE routine.

Popp nice to meet another Canadian in here, and from the greatest city in the world! You’re quite large. Did you start 8x6? I’m around 5’7” so a 8x6’er would look massive on my body! How does it feel.

Hey tug_monkey. I think when you drink a lot of water it hydrates your ligs, tendons, muscles and puts some elasticity back into those bad boys.

Imagine a chamois cloth. The kind you wipe water off your car with. When it is dry it doesn’t have any give. Once you soak it in water it becomes very pliable and stretchable.

I’ve been drinking between 2 and 4 quarts a day for a month now but not to hydrate my dick. I was aiming to keep my cells hydrated and flush the organs in my body.

Now that I’ve read your post I’m relating to what is going on with my dick. It hangs nice and low all day and in the morning it looks like a monster when I wake up. He seems almost too big for my body. Not!!!!!!!! I’ll get used to it…..

Of course the pissing is a bit of an pain. I have to go about every 30 to 45 minutes. It’s hell when I go to the grocery store or get caught in the middle of mid-town traffic.

I’m new to PE. Been at it for 2 months now.
I have gained ½ inch in Bpel and ½” in Eg.
My measurements 2 weeks ago were 7” Bpel and 5.75” Eg.

I’m going to wait another 2 weeks to measure again and see if my PE routine is working….
I think the water will help.

Last, from what I have read, you can overdue the water. Too much will flush out all the nutrients and minerals your body depends upon. Just like washing your pasta too much. Nothing left to work with. You gotta keep it in balance.

Thank you for saying Im quite large. That was a confidence booster!!! But I will not be satisfied until it looks huge on me. Im 6’4” so my 8X6 does not look huge at all on me (but my gf insists otherwise :P). So I guess I will have to be freakish size (9.5 npb length) to be satisfied. And Im well on my way as well. I don’t mean to promote a paysite but after 2 weeks of DLD’s Matters of Size program, I’ve gained 0.25” (yes 1/4”). PM me if you have any questions about my routine or info about DLD’s site. So I am actually 8.25”X6” right now, I just haven’t updated my signature. The gains are very motivational, however I’ve been extremely busy recently so I have not PE’d since after those first 2 weeks on the program. But no worries Im starting again tonight!!

I drink a whole lot of water on a daily basis, well actually hot tea, 3 liter a day. Since I really started doing PE I’ve been growing .04” per week for almost 5-6 months. After the summer started it was too hot to drink that amount of tea and I’ve been growing at a very low rate. I have no idea if it’s related but I do hope so because the summer can’t last forever ;)

It’s not good to drink TOO much water, because you get “too much of the good” so to speak. Read it in the paper recently. You should drink mostly only when you’re thirsty.

So be aware :P

I doubt anybody is going to believe me, but during the night, I woke up to take a piss. I noticed that my penis looked a little ‘swollen’. There was no pain and it was a LOT fatter than normal. This morning, I measured my morning girth just behind the head. SIX FUCKING INCHES! This is incredible because I’ve only been PE’ing for 4 days (2 hours a day, very aggeressivly) and drinking massive amounts of water. I’ve moved 0.5” in a very short time span.

My routine is just simply V-stretches and dry jelquing.

I’m actually a little frightened, because I don’t want to be larger than 6”. The shape isn’t perfect, but I’ve already noticed it improving and it can easily be ‘shaped’. On my body 6” is quite a good size and I’m conditioned to think that it’s the perfect size. Anyway, I’m going to cut back on the jelqing a bit and really shape my penis according to what I see visually, rather than by measurement.

I’m have a feeling the water helped. Usually after I PE, my penis stays pumped for a while then shrinks back to its normal size. The difference this time was that it stayed pumped the entire day, so I conjecture that it may have cemented the results long enough for the tissue to adapt.

I’m going to continue drinking water and monitoring the effects. I’m going to cut back on the amount I drink, though. I’m going to try to aim for the 8 ounces required per day. Thanks for the heads up, guys or I may have drank myself into a watery piss-filled grave!

At least I am very glad that some young guns don’t play with hormones but with plain water… and can still share the fantastic dream to grow a huge dick overnight.

Yeah, would be nice to wake up in the morning, go to the toilet, take a piss and think “hey it looks bigger”, go get the ruler, and measure the dick to the goal size.

I’ve read on this forum that it’s better to learn from other people’s mistakes than from your own. With that said, I offer a gift that I hope everyone can learn from.

When I woke up this morning, I noticed that my penis was fat behind the head. I was pretty excited at the fast results! It looked good with a chubby (like a bat), but when my penis was completely flacid, it looked very odd. To be honest, the quick gains are inspiring, but the strange shape of my unit has me fairly worried. From what I’ve read, it’s likely that it will go back to normal as long as I don’t cement the changes with additional PE designed to do just that.

So let this be a lesson to all of you. Do PE in moderation and make sure that you are working evenly over the entire penis as isolation can lead to strange shape effects.

Also, the size gains came DIRECTLY after consuming mass amounts of water with my PE routine the day before. I’m not sure if the two are related, but it seems like a mighty big coincidence. I’ll keep experimenting and let you guys know if the coast is clear! So far, though, water seems to help with girth gains.

I’m going to continue the V-Stretches and try to use pressure to expand my head AND the lower part of the shaft to match the upper part. I’m going to avoid any PE that puts outward pressure on my upper shaft. With any luck I will have control over the shape of my unit as well as its size.

It seems contrary from what I have read. It was said that it would be too late when you felt thirsty. One should drink at least 1 litre water per day.

Anyway, I feel I myself am benefiting from drinking a lot of water.

Ok, the shape issue isn’t really resolved, but it’s not that big of a problem anymore. For the past two days, my unit has been in a state of perma-chub giving it a nice hange and a nice overall shape. Only when it’s at its smallest can one notice the effects of the fat upper-shaft. It this shape issue never resolves, it’ll be quite alright with me as its hardly noticable with my new swollen member. I attribute this chubby-state to the water drinking and the PEing; a lethal combination!


You’re an inspiration for the children and most importantly, me. You’ve made some incredible gains in just two short months and as long as you keep your routine based on the state of your penis (LOT and other), I definately think you can achieve your goal. You’re aiming for quite the sausage! I’m personally not going for a unit that large, but I know I’ll probably increase my ideal size once I reach my goals. 8.5”x6.25” isn’t sounding to bad!

7” GIRTH?! That’s a monster! I couldn’t do that with the types of girls I like (small and skinny), but to each his own. 7” is truely a beast, approaching coke can-liness.

On another tip…..Doesn’t a naturally low hanging dick feel great? It feels good just to walk around and feel it sway two and fro. This is the first benefit I’ve gotten from waterdowns and PE, and to be honest with you, if it were the only benefit, I would be totally pleased.

Damn.. I wish I started PE earlier! I could be swaying a sausage right now..


I believe that waterdowning is really making a difference. My penis is pumped and hanging all day on its own, rather than skinny and leaning. It also maintains more of a pump longer after workouts. Since blood and circulation are the centers of PE and the penis, increasing blood volume and blood circulation could only be helpful right? Twisted logic, I know, but in hindsight, it makes perfect sense (like most things in hindsight :) )!
