Just an update for thoser interested. A couple of days ago, I had expreienced an ‘injury’. Due to excessive jelquing and tugging, the shaft behind my head was enlarged and mis-shapen. This may or may not have been partially due to the water, but was something I could do without.
Since then, many power outages :) and hours passed and I’m happy to say that my penis is now returning to his jovial self. The effects of the swollen upper shaft are barely noticable and should be gone in another weeks time.
So this story has a happy ending. Be careful all you PE’ers. Don’t overdo your routine. Don’t push yourself past the limit trying to accelerate gains. While you may indeed see quicker results, you may experience strange and undesirable side effects. Every thousand mile journey starts with the first step. I was foolish to think I could jump all the way to the end!
Anyway, I’ll be back on PE with waterdowns as soon as I consider myself ‘healed’, but this time with a less intense routine.
I was just reading about that! I thought I was the only one :) what a great place this is….
Is it normal? Is there any way to get rid of this effect? I just found it odd that it occured with me directly after waterdowning, but it’s good to know that the two are likely seperate. I’d like to continue PE’ing but fear of this condition returning and being permenant scares me. Any help would be much appreciated.. Thanks for the heads-up.
Thanks for the information. I’ve read all of the linked articles and they have helped considerably. My doughnut is now fully gone and I’m ready to get back into PE. The idea of a wrap to help keep the doughnut away is a very useful idea.
I doubt that waterdowning on its own will permenantly grow your dick, but it helps maintain its pump throught the day and thus is a nice compliment to your PE workout. Plus, drinking water is good for you!
