The effect of PE on erection quality

From what I can tell, PE exercise could only affect EQ through two mechanisms. The first is that it causes physical damage to the penis through stretching, whether longitudinally or laterally, and the second is that may deplete a man’s “sexual energy.” When I say it depletes sexual energy I mean in the same way that staying hard for a long time through whatever means or ejaculating might cause a temporary slump in the ability to become maximally erect. Although I don’t have the knowledge of the sexual anatomy that some here do, my guess is that staying at least partially hard for a while simply tires the muscles responsible for erections. Some might respond by saying they have better erections directly after a session, but I’m sure that everyone has a point where they start to lose strength, whether that is 5 minutes or 5 hours. However, it might be a mental or hormonal issue.

So the question is which of these is more of a limiting factor on how frequently a person can practice PE or does it vary from person to person? The next question is how do we target the limiting factor to make it less of a limit? As far as the element of sexual energy/erection muscles, will kegeling do the trick?

I’ve been a member since about 2003 but only practiced PE off and on. During that time, I think a solid case has been made in favor of keeping the penis in an extended state as long as possible. For length, this is easy because we have ADS, but the equivalent for girth would be staying erect as long as possible and that’s not plausible for most people. However, it might be possible to PE several times per day and is certainly possible to try to maximize the size of one’s flaccid hang.

Any thoughts?

Clamp. (If you are very well conditioned and release the clamp often enough, and don’t mind the possible major discolouration!)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Firegoat, I think most people would still run into erection issues if they tried to remain clamped for a long time. Also, an extreme clamper might spend an hour or so in the clamp per day, but an extreme ADSer might spend 8 hours in the ADS.

I want to know how to stay extended (or at least more extended) through internal mechanisms, i.e. a bigger hang.

A cockring can work quite well, IMHO. Clamping is to wearing a cockring like manual stretching/hanging is to wearing an extender. I think that edging with a cockring and wearing it after the girth work can give slower but more stable gains than clamping.

I’ve attempted wearing rings of various levels of constriction and I shrivel even with them on. I love the idea of wearing a ring because it fits very well within the idea of maintaining the stretch but I think something that internally effects my blood flow would be more effective.

I didn’t mean for this to be about clamping or cockrings. I think that they can both be effective but without the body being in a state that is favorable to growth (e.g., avoiding overtraining, without health problems, etc.), almost nothing works in terms of girth. While Cialis would solve that problem, I think it’s more of a temporary fix and something I wouldn’t want to do anyway.

In my case, it’s more that I just seem to run out of vitality than overwhelm my penis with physical trauma. My flaccid hang is variable whether I’m PEing or not. I know how my penis acts when it’s growing and it’s not like that. When it’s growing, it’s perky and is always ready to go.

I subscribe to the idea that if I am going to grow, I need to avoid ejaculating about as much as possible. I base that entirely on my own experience. I’ve very recently figured out a way to disperse the tension that builds up from arousal to avoid ejaculation (something I couldn’t do before - I could always hold it long enough for a PE session but usually had to let one rip soon after) and I think it has potential to help me in the area of flaccid hang. I think if recuperation between the cycles of damage and restoration and the ability and inability to be aroused could be quickened, gains could be quickened. I’d like to figure out how to do that, specifically in the case of arousal.

Like I said, kegels would be my first thought but I’ve had limited success with them. Maybe I’m just doing something wrong in that department or maybe it’s something else.

Man I think you need to kegel more.. Er work the muscles that pump blood into your unit. Hence I call them my ‘pumps’ just like a fuel pump in a car these bad boys keep my dong strong.. So I train my pumps. I find if I do a session before my PE, my unit can stay harder for longer. And can spring to life very fast afterwards if the need arises. Even if I just PE’s two hours ago. Heres what I do.

In the tub during a shower. Work up a good erect. 100% if you can.. Then sit in the tub back against the back (of the tub) legs out stretched soles or balls of the feet touching. (I just assume all men can ‘rev’ their engine) so just sit there and look at your unit and rev it.. It will turn a deeper colour of what ever colour your dong’s head is and expand a bit. Thats one rev. Rev it 10 times. I like to do 10x3 ‘revs’

Then move on to the rev and hold. Rev it up hard and try to lock those rev mucles into position. Almost like your trying to blow a load. Hold it for 3-5 count. Rev’n’hold. 10 times

Then go for the 30 second rev hold. Rev up and hold for a 30 count. Do 3.

To finish the routine do 10x3 ‘revs; again. .. Your done.

So thats my rev routine. I used to do it alternating day. As a PE workout in it’s self. Day 1: revs Day 2: jelqs something like that. But my pumps are getting fairly strong so now I do it before each PE session as a warm up. Also if my EQ wavers at all. I stop doing PE. And just work the pumps for a few days. And start PE again a little lighter. Fixes things up nicely. Hope it helps you out. Cheers

How can PE increase EQ

I am a newbie and have found that Erection Quality is initially increased after doing PE but can decline after months of regular PE. Mine increased while extending for a few months and then declined often leaving me with a semi-hard flaccid which was much larger than before I started PE I recently had a break of about 3 weeks and again found my EQ increased above normal after the first day or so of recommencing PE. I have read here that many others find this.

Now I find it easy to understand why overdoing it can reduce PE and why a rest period can recover it. What I find harder to understand is how PE can increase EQ. I am sure it is not just psychological. Can anyone explain this?
