The Dry Jelq
I’ve been messing around with PE for a couple of months now, had some girth gains that I lost when I went to school, also some length gains that stuck with me but now I’ve been doing a routine throughout the course of taking a shower and getting ready for the day. Just some minor stretches and still messin around, but now I’ve been trying to get a serious routine down, one that extends beyond the 8min I spend in the shower.
I just read Vincent Van Cock’s thread called “Want a bigger dick?” Want A Bigger Dick?
Where he basically says straight up, dry jelq is the way to go. Doing sets of 50 between showering / shaving, etc every single day. I believe this is an effective way, as I have been only doing very very light stretches for almost 3 months now after ending my routine and I’ve kept the length.
I wouldn’t obviously start out doing 300 a day or anything, especially because I would like to gain some length also, but I want to know what the best way to do dry jelqs?
I thought about using just one squirt of lotion and doing the same motions as the dry jelq just to keep my skin limber and so as not to get sore foreskin.
Any thoughts on this idea? Just doing a jelq based routine with some stretches totaling about 20-30min per routine.
-Massage the little guy a bit, do two or three 30 second stretches
(Jump in the shower, heat element also added now)
-Do two more 30 second stretches and 50 jelqs (dry technique)
(Out of shower)
-Do 50 more jelqs (dry with 1 squirt of lube) in each hand
(Shave / brush, let cock subside)
-Do two more 30 second stretches
