So I started PE on 15/5/2015. After 7 days everything was good. However, upon 9 days my EQ has changed a lot. I was then forced to stop as I went on a fishing trip between 23/5 - 25/5. Upon my return on the Tuesday (26/5) I had a free house so thought I’d have a wank.

However, this was when I got worried, prior to PE my erections had been rock hard while watching porn; however I can now no longer achieve above an 80% erection. Furthermore, I am more confused as I still get raging night wood and spontaneous erections still occur.

Is it possible I am not “turned on” enough while watching porn ? Or is PE to blame ?

Any comments, thoughts or advice is welcomed.

My routine was:
10 min shower warm up
10 min jelqing
5 min stretches
10 min shower warm down

P.S. (Again) I have not done any PE at all since the 22/5/2015

The fact you’re getting night wood and spontaneous erections means your okay. Take a week off from masturbation, PE and porn. When you resume activity go a bit slower with less intensity.

Seriously, if PE is to blame, then you must have been using some pretty extreme force and you did not describe how much intensity you were using, only the time. Force is of course a major component of PE so any input from you about that is important.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I just followed all the advice I read on here (I was/am a long-time lurker). I just used what seemed to me life a light ok grip. I monitored my penis while jelqing and I never got any red spots or bruising or anything during or after the session - these seemed to be the most common signs of too much force from what people reported.

I don’t think it is due to the PE since your routine hardly amounts to a good sexual encounter. Take some time of and avoid the porn. You’ll be fine.

If your still getting raging night wood, the problem is in your head. You just need to relax about it and not worry. As soon as you worry “I’m not gonna get hard” then your brain is not going to let your dick get hard.

As others have said, forget PE for a while, take a vacation from porn, tell your brain to stop fucking with you, and don’t jerk off so much.

This was definitely the problem I think. Had a wank last night and to focus on the porn instead of my erection level and it worked.

Second question, I haven’t done any PE for about 9 days now and I was wondering when I should restart. Also, I was about 9 days into my schedule, should I start back up on day 10 or restart my 30 day plan ?
