The correct way to kegel
Does anyone know how to do a proper kegel? I have come across three different methods. 1 in pilates they say it’s the muscle you use to suck your balls up. 2 I read in a book on taoist sexual practice that it was the muscle used to stop urination. 3 not sure where but read that it was hte muscle that did both and I don’t know about you guys but I don’t have a muscle that does both. Personally I find that the second method by the taoists to be most correct. Just wanted to hear everyone elses thoughts/techniques. Thanks guys.
