The Cord-Dorsal Thickening Newbie Question

Hey guys, I’m putting together a newbie routine and I most certainly have ‘the cord.’ When I stretch my penis flaccid it only pulls out a few inches. When I REALLY try to stretch it the cord won’t let it go any further and I can feel it all the way back to my anus. I’ve been rifling through the forums and I haven’t come across a conclusive answer on how a newbie can attack this problem. Manual stretches aren’t going to do it for me, the cord takes all the strain. V-stretches perhaps? Then go into hanging? I need some guidance here. Thank you!
