What is the best stretch I can do to increase my length

(06-23-08):nBPEL: 5.500 x MSEG: 4.250 x FL: 3.500

(10-24-09):nBPEL: 6.000 x MSEG: 4.500 x FL: 5.000

(Christmas 2009):nBPEL: 0.000 x MSEG: 0.000 x FL: 0.000

It does not mind what type of stretch you do, which really is important I think is the technique and time you dedicate to it.

Every time you stretch you must pay attention to the next:

1.Penis completely flaccid.

2.Grab your penis with an overhand grip trying that the web of your thumb and your index finger is as close as possible to the top part of your penis and close both fingers in a snug but not too tight grip.

3.Stretch gradually to the point that you can feel the inside part of the penis like a cord of steel running all over it.

4.Last 30 seconds per stretch, and work your way up depending on your hands resistance.

Last but not least, if this is your first time with a stretching routine work 5 minutes like the newbie routine for the first two weeks in order to learn proper technique, then you can up the time of the session. Focus on every stretch, do this at least five days per weeks and rest two, jelq at least 3 times per week so you can overcome the firm flaccid penis.

Could you please explain this fulcrum stretch using a bottle? How do you use this bottle? What exactly is a knuckle-inverted grip?

Knuckle stretch

Place a bottle at the base of your penis, from the top; grab your penis and pull it in direction of your body, using the bottle as a fulcrum. Hope it’s clear. Maybe I’ll post a pic if it isn’t.
