…have sex with your partner! Yesterday night I was sitting on my bed and I put out my penis from my trousers, just to make her horny… ;)

She was sitting close to me and she looked at my penis, touched with her hand. She said: “it’s bigger, look at veins…!”. I put a smile upon my face and I replied: “I know, but it isn’t enough..I want it bigger and larger…So, in future, pay attention!” :)

I think to have sex with your partner, who knows your body in a perfect way, is the best PE evidence and also “a field” where you can directly experimented your gains! Yesterday I was also very hard and she have filled it perfectly.

Things like this make me a true believer in this fuckin’ marathon.

Thats awesome man. I know what you mean (I got a similar comment recently). It’s comments like that and all things that make me so happy that I ran across this place. Lol ill never miss a PE session. Ever ever.

I start PE in september 2007 and after two months I have seen that something was changed (harder and longer erection, morning woods, longer and especially fatter flaccid, etc.)
My stats are 7” NBPL x 5.4” when fully erect but I didn’t measure my starting stats (I can only say that I have gained almost one inch, in the “whole package”).
My routine is strange: I mean that I don’t have a constant routine, but I do stretching, jelq and kegels like newbie routine docet when I feel fine and when I have enough amount of time! Sometimes I add pumping, sometimes I do also clamping, but always after stretching and jelq and not for a long time (10-15 minutes max).
Last but not least, I do a lot of sex (and I think it’s the best PE exercise!) ;)
