Just wanted to say that the info from this site really works. I originally began to regain a little bit of the length I lost over time. I haven’t measured the length gains yet, since it’s only been about 3 weeks. However, I’ve gained .25 inch of erect girth at 90%!

My routine consists of jelqing for 10 minutes, 2 days on 1 off, sometimes twice daily if I have time. I also pump 20 min about 3-4 times weekly. I wouldn’t mind having 7.5 in length if I could keep gaining decent girth. I imagine having some 6.5 inch girth monster like some of these guys. I had an expected timeline of 1 year to gain .5-1” girth, so this is great.

I’m now 5 weeks into PE, and I have seen some gains in girth already. I have not measured yet, so I don’t know if there have been any length gains. The girth gains, though, I notice without measuring. I have noticed an increase in both flaccid length and girth, however. I hope that’s a good sign when it comes to BPEL also.

Yes, most of us have the flaccid gain before erect gain, you may also check the FSL (flaccid stretched length), then you will know if your unit is still growing even the flaccid stop gaining.
