Just wanted to say that the info from this site really works. I originally began to regain a little bit of the length I lost over time. I haven’t measured the length gains yet, since it’s only been about 3 weeks. However, I’ve gained .25 inch of erect girth at 90%!
My routine consists of jelqing for 10 minutes, 2 days on 1 off, sometimes twice daily if I have time. I also pump 20 min about 3-4 times weekly. I wouldn’t mind having 7.5 in length if I could keep gaining decent girth. I imagine having some 6.5 inch girth monster like some of these guys. I had an expected timeline of 1 year to gain .5-1” girth, so this is great.
