My girl noticed my gains. I have not been consistent with my workouts, and even missed a few, but nonetheless I have gained, and it feels good.

I was away from my girl for about 3 weeks, and continued doing PE, like I said, not really consistently, only one real week of disciplined workouts.

When I went home, and we got intimate, she said ‘damn you’re thick’ during sex. And aftewards, she asked me ‘did you get thicker when you were away or what?’

I would have been happy with just ‘bigger’ but she said specifically ‘thicker’ and when a girl is THAT specific.. You know she’s not just saying it to make you feel better.

Not only that but, call me crazy, when we were doing it.. I can feel myself going deeper than I was able to before. The feeling is like when I first enter her, but I’m already inside.. It’s really weird, but feels great, and she seems to get really vocal when it happens.

I have not measured since I first did when I started, but will definitely measure soon.

I started in early october, so I have less than three full months of PE’ing. More like 1 1/2- 2 months really.. I have not really even kept my routine very strictly.

When I first started pe I noticed the same thing. The improved eq is to thank in my opinion. Hitting that sweet untoutched pussy feels great and is a huge confidence boost. Keep up the good work and stay consistent.

The only down side is getting ur confidence boosted like that, and then moving on to discover the grand canyon between the next girls legs! Where did it all go?! Bet I see her in a porno someday haha.
