TGC: reading, learning, altering exercise
Since I’ve become a member I’ve been reading more then ever before about PE.
Among other threads I’ve read the one about TGC theory and found it very interesting. I wonder though if anyone changed his routine/exercises after reading the theory and had results because of it.
I’m on a new routine right now after receiving reactions on my first post (no gains.). It includes working the the tunica (V and A stretches) and clamping. Been at it for about a week so I can’t tell if this one does the trick.
