Well I am on my newbie routine for a week now, 2 days on 1 off… I know how to do exercises now properly… I really like it, the exercises makes my dick feel tired after just like the muscles after the good gym session. The only problem is my hands paining me a bit after doing 200 Jelqs but I can get used to it… Plus will make my grip stronger isn’t it ;)
