Testicles rising, does this mean PE is working

My testicles rising, does this mean PE is working? And what should I do to make’em hang again?

I’m not a testicle expert, but I think this has more to do with temperature and environment. When it’s cold out, my balls ride up on me like the worst wedgie known to man. This is one reason why I love the impending heat from summer. My balls hang nice, full, and low.

Emmm no. If your length increases, then skin is pulled from your scrotum to the bottom of your shaft. This in turn results in the testicle having less of a hang.

I think doing kegels could make your testicles rise by also exercising the cremaster muscle!
