Hi guys, I’m new here. I joined because I have a very low EQ. No morning wood. I can barely get an erection. And when I do, it goes away really quickly. I’m 24 years old. Is something wrong with me, any help is greatly appreciated.

What does your overall health look like? Weight, diet, exercise etc. are you on any medication for say depression or anything like that? Have you had any medical testing done to rule out and physiological issues? We need more info before we can try to help.

I am fairy healthy. I exercise, I’m not overweight . I’m 5”7” 148 lbs. No meds. Just not getting good erections.

I forgot to mention that I have been clamping on and off for the last year. And I wet jelq occasionally.

Stop clamping ,wet jelqing right now.

Start doing kegels.

Clamping is very agressive. Even with 6 months getting conditioned, my penis did not handle very well low claping routine (1 set, 10 minutes). Result: gradually lost my morning wood and was facing short erections (it got hard but did not last long). Planing to take at least 3 weeks off and start all over again, from square 0. I think you should do the same. Have nice one, cheers.

Ok so I have stopped clamping for a few days. My erections are starting to return. I believe I will rest for about another week them return to my routine. Thanks guys

Ok guys, my dick feels great now. I went out and found a proper cable clamp. So I think I’m going to start my routine again tonight. For future reference, what are some things that help boost EQ

Light jelqs work great. I’m sorry but why are you so obsessed with clamping?

I mean, OK, it is a great exercise if you can handle it you enjoy more having a bigger soft dick rather than a smaller but hard rock one?

If it was the cause of your really bad EQ then simply don’t do it for a while. There’re many exercises can give you girth gains and really good EQ.

Thanks drako. I think I’m obsessed with clamping because I love the way my penis looks huge while I am clamped.
