Tender CS and urethra from clamping.
I have been doing PE for a few years off and on. I’m trying to girth only. At the moment my workout is
10 minutes cable clamp
50 reverse jelqs
5-6 minute break
10 minutes cable clamp.
25 reverse jelqs.
Before bed every night I pump for 8 minutes @ between 2 and 2.5 inches for EQ, not growth. I clamp with the screw on top, and the handle on the left, as Big Girtha advises. My EQ is high. After each workout I rest between one and three days. Whenever soreness is gone and EQ is awesome.
I have a huge corpus spongiosum, and when clamped no matter what I do I can’t seem to prevent it from getting clamped off just like the CCs. Lately I’ve gotten some soreness (unlike the usual good soreness I feel after clamping), and it feels like the urethra may be getting stretched too much. There is no all-day pain, but when I rub my CS it has a slight pain deep within. It’s not terrible, just unpleasant as if my body is saying “Don’t touch that right now”. It feels almost like the urethra is not growing as fast as my length. If I take a week off from PE, it just about disappears completely. Does anyone have any similar experiences? Or clamping advice on how to reduce pressure on the CS/urethra while maintain pressure on the CCs?
