Just wondering what temporary girth gains, if any, should be expected immediately after the newbie routine (with 10 minutes of jelqing).
I seem to get about 1/8 of an inch temp gains and was wondering if that’s within the normal range.

I also seem to have gained 1/8 in girth (when measured 24-30 hours after my last session) in the past 8 days using the newbie routine, so I think it’s doing the trick. I wanted to make sure I was around the optimal level of temp gains for long term gains.

This is a good expansion from jelqing alone, keep at it.

The expansion after the routine will depend on how hard you grip, the speed of the stroke and your erection level. It will be most efficient if there is balance in these aspects, respecting your signs and capabilities.

Thanks. I start with around 80% and it subsides to around 30% before I stimulate back to 80% again, every 2 or so minutes. I grip firmly and stroke very slowly. I don’t actually time it but it’s about 5 seconds. I found 3 seconds to feel like I wasn’t getting enough blood through.

You’re balanced to gain girth, spot on actually. Slower strokes along with higher erection is the way to focus the expansion towards girth.

Hey Lenny, does it mean that faster jelqs with lower erection level will put focus on length ?

Faster than his stated strokes but following the classic recommendation, which is around 3 seconds.

With slower strokes and a tighter grip we have more blood being trapped inside the penis. With faster pace and lighter grip this will happen on a much lower degree, allowing a faster blood exchange.

More important will be the erection level. On the lower side the length stretch is notably better when compared with jelqs done with a higher erection.

That is what I thought. I am doing slow jelqs with 50% or less erection level, that part with speed of stroke got me confused a bit. Thanks for info.
