Hi everyone, new here—I have a question about temperature. I’ve found that my biggest gaining days, when I really feel like I’ve made progress, have been done when I do my exercises in the shower or bathtub, with really warm/hot water. I just can’t match the results doing my clamping and/or jelqing routine without that warmth. Have other people had similar experiences? My pics are attached, I have had a lot of success with clamping.

Circulation is a lot better when the temperature is warm resulting in more exspansion.
