B - Jelqing :) Clamping and Jelq Squeez

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Pakko, you really have to do your own experiments and find what works for you. I think a lot of people find that different things work to varying degrees over time. This might be because you are getting bored with one or the other exercise, or because they work differently and your dick changes as you condition it. I don’t know, but your question is a bit like asking what someones favourit color is. The newbie routing has a very good mix.

(personally I prefer stretching as per “lazy general” and orange bends for girth + jelq)

If there was one best length exercise or one best girth exercise, then we would all be here doing just two exercises. But the fact is, what works best for one guy might not work best for another guy. That is why there are so many exercises to choose from.

The best thing to do, is start off with the exercises in the Newbie Routine and start getting a feel for what will work for you based on your goals and reaction to the exercises you try. But start with the basics first. You just can’t bypass a good foundation.
