Hey guys, I have been doing the newbie routine for about 6 months now, I recently added clamping two weeks ago. My girth is about 4.9 inches. Started out with 4.75 inches. However, I would like to bring it up to 5.5 inches. That is my goal. In order to achieve that objective I came up with a routine and wanted to know what you guys thought of it. I am going to do the routine at night before I got bed. Here it goes:

Warm Up 10 mins
Slow wet jelqs 10 mins
Slow Jelq Squeezes 10 mins
Clamping 2 sets of 5 mins.
Bed Fowfers all night.

I will increase clamping time as time progresses. I don’t want my penis to explode :) .

Your signature shows that you gained nearly 1/2” in length in your first month. What is your length like now? When you say you have been doing the n00b routine for 1/2 a year I am assuming that you kept adding to your jelqing and stretching times?


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Iamaru, my BPEL now is close to 7 and I am pretty content with that. I might go further to 7.5 BPEL later on, but right now I am focusing on girth. I did add to the jelqing and stretching times. I ended up with 30 mins of jelq and stretching throughout the day whenever I find time. I stopped at 30 mins because I don’t like spending a lot of time doing PE, plus I feel like my unit gets over-trained if I exceed 30 mins. Plus, it seems like it has done the trick. ;)

Stumpy, I think I am ready but I am taking it slow. Two sets of five minutes shouldn’t be that tough on the penis. In addition, I cut back on regular jelqing so that the total time is still 30 minutes. I know the exercises are advanced but I feel 6 months of PE has prepared my unit for the more advanced stuff.

I have one question on clamping, though, is there a specific manner in which the clamp must be worn. Meaning, the placement of the clamp. I know one should wear at the base but where should the lever that releases the clamp be?

Not trying to be sarcastic but if you are not even sure how to place the clamp do you really think you are ready to clamp? I think it would be of benefit to you to read as much as you can about clamping before even considering the choice of adding it to your routine. Do a search for clamping and you will find plenty of reading. Look for threads that Big Girtha started. Just some food for thought.

The hinge should be at the bottom of your penis. So the opening is at the top.

Guys, Clamping fucking rocks! I have been clamping for may be three weeks now and my girth has gone up 0.5 cm. I mean it’s incredible. The hang is pretty awesome as well. Today I wore tracks to college and had a nice bulge down there, lol. I can’t tell you how smiles, grins and eye contacts I got. Girl would look down there and make prolonged eye contact. So the whole thing about girls not staring at the cock is complete bull shit. Thanks Thunders!

Congrats fellow, but don’t overdo it. Also (don’t get me wrong, right?) some of the girth gains you noticed will disappear once you stop clamping. Girth gains are less stable than length gains.
