Hi bros ı am 19 penis exerciser about 2 year and gained 1.5 inch have 6.5 now but can’t gain anything in 6 month and ı quit for about 2-3 month don’t loss any size but ı want to know it can ı be monster like 8 inchers tell me the truth bros are there any limit to gain?

If you started at 5 and your goal is 8 that is 3 inches gained. While everything I see here says that 2 inches is obtainable by 90% of those who are consistent and don’t give up, I would say 3 inches gained is a bit of a stretch (pun intended). The majority of those claiming 3 inches + gained in either length or girth are either exaggerating and provide no debunkable proof or they have been consistently doing PE for very, very, long time (10+ years) and are probably in the 1% of gainers.

I don’t think it is impossible, but the question really is how much time are you willing to put in for that extra inch?

This is not an easy question to answer there are many variables, what works well for one person maybe produce the same or similar results. That is why you don’t see any definitive PE routine that everyone gains X amount of Length or Girth using.

The best answer is read up on all the different methods and create your own routine based on your personal schedule and tastes and equipment needed or not needed. I used an extender for 10 -12 hours per day five days per week for 4 months and gained .5 inches in length with no other PE exercises.

I measured my progress at the end of each month and seemed to be gaining 1/8 inch each month during that time. At the end of month five I measured again and there was no appreciable gain. At that point I reevaluated my PE routine and changed it to hanging and manual stretching. I still have about 6 days left before I measure again after one full month of doing this routine but it looks like I am gaining again, maybe a little more than 1/8 inch this month.

My point is you will most likely have to change up your routine from time to time when you hit plateaus. Measure once a month the same exact way each time so you can see what is working and what is not working and make changes accordingly.

There doesn’t seem to be a one size fits all routine. The newbie routine for beginners tends to produce at least some results for everyone but after the starter gains you have to do what really works for you and that will most likely change from time to time.

Out of approximately 8500 unique records (quick duplicate removal) from the Thunders PE Statistics data set, sorting for first entry then again for last entry and calculating the difference:

approximately 5500 reported ZERO length Gains (92 were negative mostly due to a spurious ending length)

Of the remaining approximately 2900 records, approximately 1250 fell from .1” up to and including .5” gains in Erect Length, 1000 of those records were .25” or higher

Of the other 1650 records, the breakdown is as follows

0.51” up to and including 1” — 973 records

1.01” up to and including 1.5” — 424 records

1.51” up to and including 2” — 180 records

From 2.01” up to and including 3” — 53 records

Over 3” that was not a math issue or ridiculous (5”) — 12 records

The truth — Out of 8800 members that took the time to record their data, only 65 actually exceeded 2” in length gains

And only 12 exceeded 3”

That is 0.75%, and 0.15% respectively

The data set only represents approximately 3% of the close to 250,000 TP members.

The truth — the probability that you will achieve a 3” length gain is an extremely small non-zero number, but at least 1 person has purportedly achieved it.


Kdong Starting: 7.1 x 5.125 vol = 14.84 cu. in. Current: 7.1BPEL 5.5 MSEG = 17cu. in. GOAL --> 8.5 x 6.5 vol: 28.6 cu. in.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

No PE since 2015 -- starting back up

Set the bar at being the best you can never. PE takes consistency, heat and dedication.

I think some of the numbers trail off is people hit their goal and stop, or gain enough that they are happy (or their partner is happy) and they stop/focus on other things in life.

That said, I think a lot boils down to how easily you gain. I’ve gained 1” in 9-12 months, so my hope is I still have at least 1” more left in me if I keep at it for the next 5 years or more (but hoping for 2” more at least).

You can squeeze out half an inch or one more tops. Personal opinion. If you want more than that…….Good luck.

I would suspect at your age the 1.5 inches you’ve gained was due to natural penis growth. I’d suspect you may have more natural growth coming. I didn’t stop growing until was in my twenties.

Are there any connection between exercise gains and device gains? If the exercises gains and device(extender,hanging etc.) gains comes from the same way not so important to use devices after very big time exercises ,devices can’t make good gains but if their gains comes from another ways normally ı can make mine 7.5 after 1000-1500 time usage of extender as extender studies promises.


Before pe: 5.1-5.2 bpel

Gaining to 8 inches is possible, but rare. It really comes down to how much you want it and how your body responds. It took fanatical attention to attain my size years ago. The perfect example of fanatical would be a guy named DLD that you can look up. Guy supposedly went from 6 to 11 inches mostly from manual stretches. The key to gains in length is time, simply put (look up the veteran called BIB). For girth, its stressing the tissues to expand outward, like during jelqing or clamping. Combined, both length and girth will increase over time. Patience is the hard thing to come by for most of us. There is no overnight solution.
