Hey gents,

I was wondering if anyone had any techniques that really hit the Corpus Spongiosum (CS) hard or if anyone has experienced tangible gains in their CS. Mine isn’t small, but the shape of my dick is of the wider variety; I’d like to add a little “depth” to it. Just trying to work another angle into my routine for well-rounded development. Thanks…

I’ve heard CS blasters are great for the spongiosum.

Jelqing - just focus all or most pressure on the sides. Clamping and pumping should help too.

On sides ? Wouldn’t that work more on CCs ?
