First hello to all and thank you for having this forum,
I need help, I have the newbie guide and I am starting that today as shown below
1.5 minutes hot wrap
2.5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3.10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4.5 minutes hot wrap
5.50 kegels of five second holds each

I’m looking for gains 1” plus in length, girth and stronger fuller erections
My current stats
BPFSL 6 1/4
Bpfl 3 3/4
Mfg 3 7/8
BPEL 6
Meg 5 1/4
I hope abbreviations are correct
With this routine is it once a day for 2 days then rest one day or is it twice a day etc.
Also with stretching do you rest in between like down for 30 seconds rest up for 30 seconds etc.
Now any other tips or information would be greatly appreciated in anyway
The past 5 years have been a great transformation for me I’m currently 40 have lost 100 lbs. But this is one area I need help in for myself and also my partner. I want to be able to fully please her

I would definitely make more time for stretches, and make sure you hot all the angles… but looks good!

I do all angles should I rest in between the angles and should I do routine once a day or twice a day

Also what about kegels during stretching

OK so… if your hitting all angles then just hit them for longer… like let’s say for mine I do… all manual angles for 40 seconds then switch to next angles 40 seconds until I’ve hit them all. I do that for 4 sets both morning and night… you will experience the base of your pens getting sore this is very good… and other pain I am not familiar with and so I wouldn’t advise proceeding if you are feeling anything weird… Kegals are fine just make sure you don’t get above 10-20% erections while stretching bit if you don’t experience a lot of blood rushing to pens due to kegaling then I say go for them… warm up and warm down very important… good luck on gains and check my thread out if you have any more questions!

Also I’m doing the 2 day on 1 day off this is my first day off the previous 2 days I did warm ups and stretching no jelqs or kegels I will be starting them in routine tomorrow and doing twice a day not just once a day

Here is my thought. Keep in mind that everyone is different.

Your routine. Solid.
Your goal. Achievable.
Frequency. Do the routine 2on 1off for say two weeks. Notice these very specific things: Morning-night wood-good, increase in flaccid length-good, spontaneous erections-very good, harder erections-good.

If you observe having these <<symptoms>> than your 2on 1off is the right frequency for you.Stick to exactly what you are doing. You ‘ll start gaining and never change it until you see that you are not gaining any more. To be sure give it 7-10 days in my opinion after the first time you observe no gaining or loss of the above just in case you are generally tired or stressed and the routine is not what’s causing it.

If you don’t have all the above than either you are doing too much or too little. Don’t change the routine at first. Change the frequency. Do 1 on 1 off or 2on 2off. Your call. Keep the new frequency for two weeks and see what happens, keeping an eye on the above mentioned good PIs. If the new frequency deosn’t work change it again, observe, etc.

Eventually you will find what is best for you. No one can say to you what is best for you and with what you will gain. We can share what we gained from, sure, just to help, but you alone must find what works and what doesn’t for you.

The most difficult thing with PE is find your sweet spot. It can and will be a bitch. But when you find it, man, prepare for the ride of your life!!

I started on 18 August 2015.

I am also following the same newbie routine, once in a day for two days and one day rest.

So, we both are in the same boat :D

Only thing I am wondering is if one can have sex, say 2-3 times in a week while following this routine ?

I’ve been doing routine twice day day once in am and once in evening should I be ok with that or cut back to once a day also this is my first week of doing full routine I did notice that I can feel the stretches more now and also my bpsfl has gotten longer is that a good sign or am I pulling to hard

You can have sex. I personally find it good for gains. This does not apply for masturbation. At least for me.

I always have a nice fat flaccid after sex. Perhaps it has something to do with women fluids? I can’t say. But I can say what I see. And I am seeing fuller flaccid after sex.

A very good sign. Too soon for results. Give it a month or two.
