Taking the plunge
I had messed around with PE since I found this place a few months ago. But, I’m taking it more seriously now (Two weeks into it).
I just wanted to post what I was doing (Pretty much the newbie routine) for a reference and any feedback is welcome.
Routine; Ever other day
10 mins. Rice sock warm up, I do a little stretching too just to get loose.
10 mins. Wet Jelq (3-5 second strokes, 40-50% erect, medium pressure, play around with different grips and angles).
*I added 5 very light horse 440’s at the end of the jelq in the past couple workouts. I did it out of curiosity and damn..
10 mins. Manual stretch. All directions.
3 mins. Kegels (contract for five seconds, rest for five seconds, repeat)
3 mins. Kegels (8 rapid contractions which takes five seconds, rest for five seconds, repeat)
I can already tell in a few weeks that my EQ has gone up and my dick does look “healthier”. When I started I was thinking that adding length and girth was the ultimate goal. I would love for that to happen. But, if I can make myself rock hard then that is just as good if not better in my opinion.
