I started doing PE and gained about 1/4 of an inch in about a month and a half then when I stopped after about 2 3 weeks it went back to what it was before.. Can I not take breaks and have the results last? And also, I read the newbie routine and it says 2 days on one day off, is there any way I can do 5 days on 2 days off (do exercises on weekdays, not on weekends) I have trouble fitting in things to my schedule, I am also restoring my foreskin, that I do 5 days on 2 days off, would PE interfere with foreskin restoration? Sorry I have more generic questions like how long does it take to see results (obviously different per person) and is it permanent?

If you take a break the idea is that cemented gains will last but temporary gains will not.

One easy thing to do is actually measure only after a 2 day break. This will give you a better idea of what gains you’ve actually made, instead of measuring a temporary pump created by the workouts.

Fast newbie gains might also be lost more easily because they generally lig based gains and I think there’s an easier path to loss for them.

You will find a few threads on permanence where some guys have mentioned losing gains they thought were cemented too. I’m not sure how universal this experience is, it didn’t happen to me.

Time for results varies to much to give a sensible figure.

PE won’t interfere with foreskin restoration.
