Taking a break at the beginning of a PE 'career'

My penis is a little soar, and I hardly had time for PE today since my sister wanted to take a shower while I was doing my fitness routine, so I had to call it quits. I’ve just started about a week and a half ago. Is it a problem to give it a rest for a day at the beginning of my PE ‘career’? Will any results already made be thrown away when taking a break this early in the process? Am I overreacting?

NBPEL = 6 (27/4/04). Aiming at 7 inches for now.

YOu probably wanting to take a rest day every third day or similar anyway. If you aren’t taking a regular rest day I guess you just started.

Yes I just started. I haven’t had a rest day yet. Should I increase or decrease the number of rest days after a while? So giving it a rest will not throw away any gains I might have already made?

No it should help.

The standard rest days people used are:

(days on: days off)
3:1
5:2
1:1

A few people do 7:0.

>Should I increase or decrease the number of rest days after a while?<
Its probably good to start with 3:1 and move to 5:2 if you don’t feel like you need the rest days after a while.

Alright. Thanks a lot.

Are there any starting pics?
