Can I consider that as the 5 min. Heat finish?? HOT BATH BTW.. :)

Do the entire workout in the bath, make sure the water is at least 102-104 F, I have found that it makes a world of difference.

I often do PE in the bath and i have had fast gains. Weather it is partly to do with the bath or not, i dont know. I think that having constant heat on the penis while you do PE helps.

Gained 1 inch length finally! the first big step in my PE time :D

Now: Erect Girth 5.00" - BP Erect Length 6.00"

Start: Erect Girth 4.90" - BP Erect Length 5.00" ---- Thats an increased volume of 2.384 cubic inches!!!

I always PE in the bath - It’s about the only relatively private place in the house.

Haven’t therefore bothered too much with warming up etc as I just assumed the hot water would take take care of it?

How do you guys jelq in the shower? Do you do dry jelqs(even though it’s wet of course)?
