Hey everyone,
Iv been having this problem for while now, which is I haven’t had any growth in 6 months, and have been PEing since JAN 08. My routine is 5min warm up, 5min stretching, 20min jelqing (dry) and 5min warm down. Iv progressively increased my jelq time. I’m seriously considering hanging. Do the experts have any advice to give me? My focus is length

After 6 months it seems like you would be ready.. But no progress in 6months sounds crazy. Maybe look into pumping.

Yeah, I can see why you haven’t made any gains, that isn’t really enough effort, I’m into my 4th week and I’m finding myself spending 30-40 minutes stretching and another 30-40 minutes jelqing. I’ve been increasing the amount of time a little everyday, and I’ve seen gains, albeit small gains, but measurable.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

You should increase sligthly time and intensity of excersises, month after month. Also, it’s time to add some different exercises, like V-stretches, in examples.

If you want to start hanging, be aware that is the most time consuming PE technique.

I was thinking maybe some light hanging for round 20 or 30 min 3 times a week. What is the best angle? Hanging over my shoulder or hanging straight down? I’m just looking for general lenght.

I had a similar problem. I stopped gaining and I still haven’t gained in a few months. I just started to incorporate pumping and wantsmores and am hoping this will stimulate growth. I’m thinking of bringing in hanging 2 or 3 times a week for 20 or 30 minutes along with my routine. I think I’m going to wait to hang because it’s such a time consuming exercise.
