Switch Routines while gaining or after

Switch Routines while gaining or after

Coming from a background of lifting weights, I know plateaus are avoided like the plague. A lot of bodybuilders and lifters in general constantly switch their programs to keep the body guessing. They don’t even wait for gains to slow down; they’re already doing something else.

I was wondering if anyone here takes that same approach to PE. I know the penis isn’t a muscle, but it does theoretically adapt to stress, eventually making a “profitable” routine return nothing. Once a person is in this non-gaining slump, could it be harder to get out of than if they just avoided the plateau altogether by switching routines beforehand? If they were proactive, instead of reactive to the plateau?

For now, I’m going to take the reactive approach. “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” I think that will be the best way to get the most out of a routine.

How about all of you?

Believing you can is half the battle.

IMO I would take the “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” approach. I was gaining using the newbie routine then I switch up my routine and my gains stopped

Rate of change.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

You can’t avoid the plateau that way. Keep gaining off of one routine until you feel you can’t gain anymore with that one then switch. The purpose of switching routines is to give new stress.

We are all different, I use 11 week workout and 1 week rest approach, hoping it will help hinder the plateu. You can also search for PeterDick’s method, which switching the routine almost everyday.

Starting Aug/06: BPEL 5.5", EG 4.3"

05/Feb/2007: BPEL 6.3", NBPEL 5.7", EG 4.9"

The consensus’s is to change when you stop growing, this new routine is a bit of a shock to your penis, give it a little more time perhaps you will grow.

I change my routine regardless whether I’m gaining or not.

Sometimes a short break is needed before routine changes, I usually take off 5-7 days between routine changes.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I would suggest that you cement your gains from your existing routine before moving onto a more intense/different routine.

I love GOLD

I agree with sweet21, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it .IMO, just add a few exercises once or twice during the workout, eg. when doing manual stretches, do a v stretch every 10 stretches, or while jelqing do a horse 440 or uli.

Variety keeps you from getting bored.

Yes KP variety is the spice of life. But in PE, 1. After a while, you get used to doing the routine so time seems to go very fast. 2. Why change to something that you have no garantee works. In my opinion adding movements would be the best thing instead of changing up the whole routine.

Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
