Hello to everyone.new member first post although I have been searching this forum for months.

Started the newbie routine about 5 months ago and after minimum results thought I would advance my routine on girth exercises.read alot about clamping and decided to give it a try.I do 3 - 10 minute sets and what I’ve noticed when completed is swelling only on the right side of my foreskin.after a couple hours it is gone.just wanted to know if this is normal and if it is why isn’t it swelling all the way around?want to make sure I am doing this right.

I read a lot about this. If you do an “advanced search”, on ‘swelling’ or ‘fluid buildup’, I think you find your answer.

Sorry , I read the clamping guide and all of the other tutorials and videos and didn’t see anything .never crossed my mind to search “swelling”.ill be a little more thorough next time.
