Hey there. After my PE workouts, my meatus - aka. my pisshole - is always puffy and swollen. It is never sore or painful and always goes away shortly after my workout finishes.

To be more specific, it only happens after stretching, I am assuming from forcing blood to the head when gripping. I can’t really lighten up on the grip though or I don’t get a good stretch. I also use baby powder as a grip aid. Jelqing doesn’t cause this. I tested it by doing workouts of just stretching and just jelqing. It never happened on the just jelqing sessions.

Does anyone know if this will cause any long term damage? If so, how can I avoid this?

I’m not sure if it helps, but let me try by the way.
It happens to me sometimes to have pisshole a little swollen (but not puffy), but I have never felt any soreness or painful except I clean my penis with body soap and its liquid flowed(?sp) into pisshole. So I assume that it’s not serious.

You don’t have to tighten too much to have a good grip for a good stretch. Try a little bandage just behind the glans and place your OK grip on it and stretch, it helps your grip not to slip over the glans then you don’t need to be hard on gripping.

For the question if this will cause any long term damage, I’m sorry I don’t know… but how to avoid this? If it happens two or three days in a row, then take a break for some days and see if it happens again when you restart. I know it’s pretty common to say “take a break bla bla bla… ” but you know, sometimes it helps :D
