Swelling problem with foreskin?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone can confirm what the tight foreskin is for an uncircumcised penis. I think its called frenular band or frenar band or ridged band.

I have no issue with the lower half (frenulum down) of the foreskin but the top side (glans up) under the glans below the foreskin is a tight band that is only on the top. It is not as stretchy as the lower half and I have a feeling that this reduces the blood flow causing the lower half to swell and balloon while the top doesn’t really swell or balloon at all. It is also causing stretch marks in this area.

Does anyone know enough about this to give my an idea if this is the part which is causing it or does everyone swell regardless. Or is there anyone with a very loose foreskin who experiences little to no swelling at all as blood flow/fluid etc can freely move around?

Do you mean phimosis? Can you retract the foreskin all the way behind the glans?

Did you try to stretch it in a hot bath ?

I guess it’s sort of similar to phimosis. Maybe more like paraphimosis but the thing is I can easily retract it. It’s just that on top there is like a section an inch wide (horizontally) that is really tight tough skin, it is not stretchy like the rest of the foreskin. I hope that helps explain it.

So its kind of like having paraphimosis but very mild. So it is only tight on 1/3 of the total circumference. Only on the top, so on this link . Note that it is not where the arrow is pointed but behind the wrinkled skin part on the top.
